How these values are calculated

What we copy, and what we will not
FTFValues describes a pipeline: Base44 community item data as the main source, a public calculator JSON from Zarys as a second check, and a daily job at 02:00 UTC that refuses to publish unless coverage and values match. Their unit is FV. HV equals FV divided by 30. Legendary pairs default to 70% hammer and 30% gem. Other rarities default to 50/50. Named Zarys-compatible exceptions instead assign 80% to the gem and 20% to the hammer, or the full base value to specified components. This sample does not implement those exceptions.
This site does not claim that pipeline. The review date on every value page is 2026-10-25, and the snapshot date we cite is 2026-09-23. Hollow Scythe uses Fairstash’s independently rounded display, not a different percentage rule, from its 2026-10-24 source list, checked here on 2026-10-25: 75 FV for the pair, 53 for the hammer and 23 for the gem as independently rounded estimates. Its 45–75 FV span is historical, not a live trading spread.
Rules on this site
- No Robux or cash “price” unless a source states a historical shop tag.
- This site publishes 14 calculator entries (10 hammer estimates and 4 grouped listings), not the source catalog of 474 item records and 64 grouped listings.
- Missing shop prices stay blank.
- Demand and stability do not change win/fair/loss in the calculator.
- Corrections need a public page, not a Discord screenshot we cannot open.
Questions
Which site is the official value list?
No developer-published trade-value list is evidenced in the sources cited here. Roblox’s API confirms the game and the creator. It does not publish trade values. Sites that say “official values” are still community projects.
How should I read a disagreement?
Keep the range and the date. We do not average undisclosed lists into a fake median.
How do I correct a number?
