How to read “update leaving”
“When will the update end” usually means the live event, not a client patch. In October 2026 that event is The Hollow. The anniversary event already ended. The API updated timestamp of 2026-10-24 does not identify a patch or prove that the loading screen changed.
Season names (spring, summer, autumn, winter) show up in the lobby, including the autumn lobby after 2026-10-01. I did not find a published calendar that locks those seasons to dates every year.
Questions
When is the next update?
Not published. The 9th anniversary shop items came down on 2026-10-01. The Hollow hub names an October 31 finale; its official opening was October 22. After that, watch the devforum changelog and @A_W_Apps.
When does the current event end?
The official hub names an October 31 finale after an October 22 opening. IGN instead reports an October 23 start and reward earning through November 2. That does not establish an official FTF quest cutoff. Confirm in the hub if you are reading this later.
