By symptom
- Low frames.Settings, Graphics Mode, Manual, then lower the quality slider. Roblox separates this from network lag.
- People teleport.That pattern is network lag in the help article. A graphics slider will not fix a bad route. Retry the server.
- Stuck on a loading screen.The 2026-09-08 hotfix listed a mobile loading-screen bug as fixed. Update Roblox and rejoin before considering a Roblox app reinstall.
- No hammer sound or falling forever.The same hotfix listed missing hammer audio and a void-respawn bug as fixed. If you still see them after 2026-10-01, the symptom may have returned; a changelog does not rule out a regression.
- Cannot teleport.I did not find a matching bug report. Rejoin, check the device requirements on the play page, and treat this line as unverified.

Questions
How do I turn the music off?
Esc or the Roblox button, then Settings, then volume. I did not find a separate Flee the Facility music switch.
How do I remove fog?
Roblox documents lowering graphics quality for performance, not as a supported fog-removal feature. No source here establishes that the slider removes this game’s fog. Mods that force it are outside the game and sit under the exploit rule.
The Hollow reward did not arrive
Rejoin and try another server. A 2026-10-23 devforum thread says Roblox staff were clearing a badge queue manually. This site cannot grant the badge.
