The curve
Level 1 needs 400 XP, level 2 needs 800, and the step keeps adding 400 until level 10, where the cost caps at 4000 XP per level. A full survivor round is listed at a maximum of 81 credits and 700 XP when the lobby is full, all computers are done, someone is saved, and you escape.
Pro Servers open at level 200 on that page. I cannot tell you the highest player in the game. The API payload we fetched has visits and votes, not a level ladder.

What is the max level?
Not published on the Roblox API or the pages we checked. Do not treat a YouTube title as the record.
How do I reach level 200?
From level 10 upward the wiki says 4000 XP per level. That is 760,000 XP from 10 to 200 before VIP. A perfect survivor round is listed at 700 XP, so this is a long grind. VIP adds 15%.
What does level 6 do?
It opens the Trading Post.
