2026 is the platform event
People searching “Halloween update 2026” want a patch note. The Hollow is a platform event, not evidence of a separate FTF Halloween patch. Its official hub description gives an October 22 opening and an October 31 finale. IGN gives an October 23 start instead; the discrepancy is recorded on our Hollow page. The Flee the Facility changelog on 2026-10-01 is about ending the 9th anniversary, not about a new Halloween crate.
Older Halloween content is still in the wiki. Backrooms first appeared 2022-11-08, left on 2023-09-09, and the wiki says it returns for Halloween (and also returned in spring 2026). It has 9 computer spots, 6 pod spots, and yellow fog. Haunted Mansion arrived the same day in 2022, with 9 computers and plum-colored fog.

When does Halloween start?
For 2026, The Hollow hub officially opened October 22 at 2 PM PT and started at 3 PM PT, with an October 31 finale. A separate FTF Halloween patch was not in the changelog we checked through 2026-10-25.
Which hammers are Halloween?
The wiki groups Halloween items in H and G crates. Exact 2026 crate odds were not published. Chromatic Phoenix is one Halloween hammer in our sample, and it is trading-only.
