Already over, and it was not a code drop
On the Flee the Facility side, Fandom says the quest started in Shopping Center: heels from the Eleven Teen store, a cracked mirror in Lana’s Salon, then a sub-experience. The write-up describes three stages (a climb that wants Stalker, three NPC outfits, a cave that wants Runner; a stealth pass; a Beast dress-up) and names the rewards Ethereal Prism Hammer and Ethereal Diamond Gemstone. The badge name on the DTI wiki is Dress To Impress x Flee The Facility.
On the Dress to Impress side, the wiki says Freeplay hid five computers, then a sewer, an abandoned mall, and a hammer used on Lana’s freeze pod, paying Gemstone Sleeves, Gemstone Dress, and Gemstone Hammer. Those are DTI items.

Are there DTI x FTF codes?
Flee the Facility has no code box. Dress to Impress has had its own codes. They do not redeem inside Flee the Facility.
Can I still get Ethereal Prism?
Not from the quest as written. The FTF window closed 2026-02-10. A return has not been announced.
